D\u00eda 1: Lunes 14 de octubre de 2024<\/strong><\/h4>

La jornada de inducci\u00f3n inici\u00f3 con un emotivo acto en el Auditorio de la Facultad. La bienvenida estuvo a cargo del Subdecano, Ph.D. Carlos Calder\u00f3n, seguida de la inauguraci\u00f3n oficial liderada por la Decana, Ph.D. Ana Luc\u00eda Arias Balarezo, quien subray\u00f3 el compromiso de la facultad con la formaci\u00f3n de futuros docentes. MSc. Ramiro Reinoso present\u00f3 la historia de la facultad, mientras MSc. Patricio Carrera explic\u00f3 su rol en la sociedad ecuatoriana. El tema de t\u00e9cnicas de estudio fue abordado por MSc. Gustavo Ullrich, seguido de una charla sobre servicios estudiantiles, con varios facilitadores como Lic. Roberto Chicaiza y Srta. Salma Valle. MSc. Ullrich finaliz\u00f3 la jornada invitando a los estudiantes a participar en el segundo d\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>

D\u00eda 2: Martes 15 de octubre de 2024<\/strong><\/h4>

El tema \u00ab\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 ser docente?\u00bb fue el foco de esta jornada, con MSc. Pablo Burbano enfatizando el impacto positivo de los docentes en la sociedad. La conferencia sobre la persistencia de pr\u00e1cticas educativas tradicionales fue impartida por Ph.D. Francisco Rojas, quien promovi\u00f3 una reflexi\u00f3n cr\u00edtica. La sesi\u00f3n cerr\u00f3 con un taller de proyecto de vida liderado por MSc. Jazm\u00edn L\u00f3pez, resaltando la importancia de una carrera docente con prop\u00f3sito. MSc. Ullrich concluy\u00f3 el d\u00eda motivando a los estudiantes para el tercer d\u00eda.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

D\u00eda 3: Miercoles 16 de octubre de 2014<\/strong>
<\/strong><\/h4>

La inteligencia emocional fue el tema central del tercer d\u00eda, con Ph.D. Xavier Andrade explicando la importancia de gestionar emociones y fomentar el trabajo cooperativo en el \u00e1mbito acad\u00e9mico. La charla sobre el consumo de alcohol fue facilitada por un representante de \u00abAA\u00bb, quien expuso sus consecuencias en la vida universitaria. MSc. Luis Saavedra cerr\u00f3 la jornada con un mon\u00f3logo art\u00edstico sobre los retos de la vida universitaria. Al final, MSc. Ullrich invit\u00f3 a los estudiantes al ciclo de cine alem\u00e1n como actividad complementaria.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
